Founder and Principal Consultant, Mike Vivian, has dedicated decades to growing the AV industry and supporting its members. Having led sales organizations in manufacturers, distributors, and integrators, Mike brings a holistic perspective to every situation with the goal of solving problems, overcoming challenges, and exceeding expectations. 

His consistent track record of success delivering double-digital growth year-over-year is built on a foundation of strong personal relationships, deep understanding of the market and industry, and boundless energy and drive. Mike launched Modern Sales Consultants to leverage his years of experience and insights to accelerate and sustain growth for small to mid-size businesses at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time senior sales leader.
